Shipping and Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your Maliao Professional make up orders swiftly and efficiently. Confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days.
However, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on factors such as the customer's geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner's delivery time and location.

Delivery Charges
A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 29 is applicable for orders below Rs. 500. Orders above Rs. 500 will be delivered free of charge.

Defective Products In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team to register a complaint. We will arrange for a return or replacement of the defective product. Please note that only one return/replacement will be processed for each order.

The product was received in a tampered or damaged shipment. The wrong product was delivered. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order.
