✅ Conditions for Returns / Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 48 working hours of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The shipment was tampered with or visibly damaged
- An incorrect product was delivered
⚠️ Returns will not be accepted for used, opened, or unsealed products under any circumstances.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Reason for return or exchange
Provide Proof
For claims involving damaged, tampered, or incorrect items, please share:
A clear unboxing video or Photographs showing the issue
Review & Approval
Our customer care team will review your request and provide instructions for return pickup or exchange shipment.
💰 Special Note for Cash on Delivery (CoD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders:
- Only replacements are provided.
- Refunds are not issued for CoD transactions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (non-CoD orders only):
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
- The process is typically completed within 3–5 working days after approval
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
- Products that do not meet return conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
