At Maliao Makeup, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns within 7 working days of delivery under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The product was received in a tampered or damaged shipment.
The wrong product was delivered.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. For returns due to tampered or damaged shipments, or if the wrong product was delivered, please include an unboxing video as evidence.
Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.
