Delivery Charges
A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 29 is applicable for orders below Rs. 500. Orders above Rs. 500 will be delivered free of charge.
Defective Products In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team to register a complaint. We will arrange for a return or replacement of the defective product. Please note that only one return/replacement will be processed for each order.
Tampered or Damaged Shipments
We recommend that customers carefully inspect their shipments upon arrival. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage, please refuse to accept the shipment and contact our customer service team immediately.
Cancellation of Unusual Orders Maliao Professional makeup reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may occur due to reasons such as pricing errors, fraud prevention measures, or technical glitches. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if applicable.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The product was received in a tampered or damaged shipment. The wrong product was delivered. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. For cases involving tampered or damaged shipments or wrong product delivery, please provide an unboxing video as evidence.
Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part.

I bought this from a local market but when I checked this kajal at home it was not rotable. The of the product remained the same and the remaining product was still inside the pencil,As it is a plastic products we can't sharpen it, Such a waste of money I don't recommend anyone to buy this shit
