Delivery Charges
A nominal delivery fee of Rs. 29 is applicable for orders below Rs. 500. Orders above Rs. 500 will be delivered free of charge.

Defective Products In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please reach out to our customer service team to register a complaint. We will arrange for a return or replacement of the defective product. Please note that only one return/replacement will be processed for each order.

Tampered or Damaged Shipments

This may occur due to reasons such as pricing errors, fraud prevention measures, or technical glitches. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if applicable.

We value customer satisfaction and stand behind our products. Returns are accepted within 7 working days of delivery under specific conditions:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The product was received in a tampered or damaged shipment. The wrong product was delivered. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. For cases involving tampered or damaged shipments or wrong product delivery, please provide an unboxing video as evidence.

Once we receive and verify your returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
