At Maliao Makeup, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and efficiently. Confirmed orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as your location, shipping destination, product availability, and the courier partner's delivery schedule.

Delivery Charges

For orders below Rs. 500, a nominal delivery fee of Rs. 50 applies. Orders over Rs. 500 qualify for free delivery.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team to register a complaint. We will arrange a return or replacement. Note that only one return or replacement will be processed per order.

Tampered or Damaged Shipments

Inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you detect any signs of tampering or damage, refuse the shipment and contact our customer service team immediately.

Cancellation of Unusual Orders
